Thanks to her academic knowledge and practical experience, Anne Meier advises and represents institutional and private clients in all aspects of labor law, public service and social insurance. She is the author of numerous scientific contributions in the field of labor law and social security law and is regularly called upon to give lectures, both for practitioners and in academic, institutional or associative contexts. Anne Meier is a scientific co-editor of two major employment law reviews in Switzerland, namely the ARV/DTA and the yearbook JAR. In 2022, she became a Certified SBA Specialist in Employment law.

Alexia Raetzo holds a federal diploma as a social insurance specialist, and has in-depth knowledge of social insurance. She manages court cases and handles cases involving complex legal issues in occupational benefit, social and private insurance law, as well as labor law. Alexia Raetzo also conducts investigations, specializing in investigating allegations of moral and sexual harassment, in the workplace. As an FSA and FSM in-house mediator, officially sworn in by the State of Geneva for the field of “work” and “health”, and Person of Trust for businesses, Alexia Raetzo also has the skills needed to prevent, manage and effectively resolve conflicts in the workplace. She is the author of several publications on social insurance and labor law, and speaks at conferences in French-speaking Switzerland. Alexia Raetzo is a member of the Committee of the Geneva Bar Association. She is President of the Commission on Alternative Dispute Resolution Modes of the Geneva Bar Association. She is a member of the “Commission de surveillance des professions de la santé et des droits des patients”, an official commission of the State of Geneva on the surveillance of health professionals and patient’s rights.

Associate
Adrien Renaud advises and represents clients in the fields of labor law, public service, immigration law, contract law and social insurance law, including occupational benefits. He completed his lawyer’s internship at the Swiss Supreme Court and in the labor law department of a Geneva law firm. After being admitted to the bar, he worked as a law clerk at the Federal Administrative Court, handling social insurance cases. In addition to his work as an associate attorney at Meier Raetzo, he is a part-time law clerk at the Tribunal des Prud’hommes and is writing a doctoral thesis on civil service law.
